IRC Quick Shifter for '06+ Yamaha R6
IRC Quickshifter for Yamaha YZF-R6 (2006+) motorcycles with Strain Gauge sensor technology for street and track riding. State-of-the-art load cell sensor with both right and left M6 threads.
The IRC Components ELECTRONIC quick-shifter has a major advantage over other units in the market because it dynamically considers the RPM and Acceleration to modify the Cut Time ("T") and Pulses Power Progressively eliminating gear box shock (this means you can shift while cornering).
The intelligent controller of the IRC quickshifter is directly connected to the load cell; signal handling is extremely precise and controlled. Easy to install Plug & Play bike specific wiring harness and shift rod included. No laptop or flash tune required. Standalone System does not require a Piggyback Fuel Management System. *If using OEM rearsets, you need to purchase the M8/M6 shift rod adapter.
Adjustable pre-load settings (via Two-Buttons on Unit) allow the rider to customize six (6) settings making shifts seamless and smooth versus "switch units" which can be harsh: 1. Cut Time ("T"), 2. Cut Type ("U"), 3. Up-shift Pre-Load ("L"), 4. Minimum RPM Limit ("SR"), 5. Push or Pull ("CE"), 6. Up-Shift Smooth Adjuster ("RR").
IRC Quick Shifters are Non-Homologated for Professional Closed Circuit Use. Sensors are certified to over 1,000,000 shifts and all kits are 100% tested for performance at the end of production. Made in Italy.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of your item. We have no hassle return policy but some non-defective items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Returned parts must be in brand new, unused, unopen and in original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all tags included.
- Returns will be accepted if problems from manufacturer exist under one condition. That the customer provides evidence with pictures that can prove that the fault was not of there own.
- There are absolutely no returns, no exchange on electrical, special/made to order items, windscreen, body work, carbon fiber parts, closeout items or used parts.
- No returns on any Ducabike, CNC Racing, or Ermax products
- You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with getting your order back to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected by Motostarz. We will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus the shipping fee) within 24-48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-8 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
