We ship worldwide, all order will ship with Fedex, UPS, USPS or DHL. For US and International orders we ship from our US warehouse.
Certain rural areas as well as large bulky items may incur additional shipping fees.
Note: This web site does not ship to Canada, Canadian customers please visit our CAD dollars website at www.motostarz.ca (ships from Canada and billed in Canadian dollars)
Items that are qualify for free shipping is apply to lower 48 United States only. Delivery times may vary, the estimated delivery date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
Due to the order volume, the inventory levels change rapidly. We will notify you right away via email if your order contains any out of stock or special order items that may add extended delays to your order. If you have a deadline, please contact us directly to verify stock levels before you place the order.
- International shipments:
International Orders may require 3-5 business days of additional processing time prior to shipment. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
By default we ship using surface option (ground, air). Express shipping or shipping with insurance is available upon request. For your protection we recommend you purchase shipping insurace for your order, for more information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. Motostarz, Co. will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged on delivery.
Any import duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. All international orders will be ship by USPS Priority Mail International. Motostarz, Co. will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders.
- Privacy & Security:
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we use it responsibly. We do NOT sell or distribute any personal information about you to any other person or entity except as necessary to process an order or provide a service or product you requested to you.
- Returns & Exchange:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt of your item. We have no hassle return policy but some non-defective items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Returned parts must be in brand new, unused, in original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all tags included.
- Returns will be accepted if problems from manufacturer exist under one condition. That the customer provides evidence with pictures that can prove that the fault was not of there own.
- There are absolutely no returns, no exchange on electrical, special/made to order items, windscreen, body work, carbon fiber parts, closeout items or used parts.
- No return on any Graves Motorsports exhaust systems
- You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with getting your order back to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected by Motostarz. We will process and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the shipping fee in 24-48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-8 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 1604.370.4899 before you want to return an item. We will issue you a return authorization number that needs to be marked on the outside and inside of the package being returned.
No warranty, written or implied is made on any products sold by Motostarz. All descriptions given by Motostarz as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Motorstarz cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Motostarz shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.
For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
