Materials

To achieve our quality aims and to ensure the consistency of our products, we use only premium materials from well known manufacturers: steel from Toyota Tsusho and NKK Japan, glue from Henkel Germany, filter paper from Ahlstrom Filtration Finland, Hollingsworth & Vose USA and Awa Paper Japan.

Production

The Hiflofiltro-Thai Yang Kitpaisan factory was founded in 1955 and has been manufacturing filters for the OEM motor industry since 1963. With the experience of more than four decades, continuous research and development and modern production facilities, we manufacture some of the best quality filters in the world.

Quality Control

Every oil filter goes through 16 individual quality control checks before it is ready to leave the factory. The whole manufacturing process, including the checking of raw materials, individual filter testing, is regularly audited and verified independently by TÜV SÜD.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.com or call 1-604-370-4899 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
