The fourth generation of the notorious Yamaha MT-09 brings a massive update to the platform, and with it comes another chance for us to do what we do best - fix the tail section! Reminiscent of the second generation MT-09, the newest update requires us to get even more clever with a multi-part Undertail Closeout that blocks off the holes left behind when you uninstall the OEM fender. Our black anodized aluminum closeout components feature precision CNC machining to ensure a perfect fit. The included sintered Nylon wire path closeout even features pre-marked drill locations for easy installation with rear lighting components like rear signals or a license plate light. With three Elite-1 Fender Eliminator kits to choose from, you can pick the perfect tail tidy for your style. Both high mount kits utilize the included Undertail Closeout as the mounting foundation for the license plate bracket, eliminating any unnecessary bulk from the tail assembly, while our popular Low Mount kit installs separately from the Undertail Closeout using pre-existing fastener locations ensuring you don't have to do any drilling or modifications during the installation process. It's time to toss the stock bulk and get your Yamaha MT-09 the upgraded tail section it deserves.

NON U.S. BUYERS: Our standard high bracket is designed for U.S. plates and fits a hole spacing of 12.7 to 15.49 cm with 5mm hardware, while the adjustable bracket fits a hole spacing of 13.2 to 15.97 cm with 5mm hardware. The low mount bracket is only intended to fit U.S. spec motorcycle license plates. It is your responsibility to verify fitment before making your purchase.

TURN SIGNALS: If you plan to remount the OEM rear turn signals, please ensure that you include the "Bracket for OEM Rear Turn Signals" in your order, otherwise, you will not be able to remount your turn signals.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of your item. We have no hassle return policy but some non-defective items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

• Returned parts must be in brand new, unused, unopen and in original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all tags included.
• Returns will be accepted if problems from manufacturer exist under one condition. That the customer provides evidence with pictures that can prove that the fault was not of there own.
• There are absolutely no returns, no exchange on electrical, special/made to order items, windscreen, body work, carbon fiber parts, closeout items or used parts.
• No returns on any Ducabike, CNC Racing, or Ermax products
• You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with getting your order back to us.
• Once your return is received and inspected by Motostarz. We will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus the shipping fee) within 24-48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-8 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
