Are they swingarm spools or axle sliders? Well they are both really!! The spool is mounted to a special, black-anodized aluminum bracket (included with the kit). The product will give protection to the rear axle and swingarm area in a crash. When not protecting your investment the "cotton reel" can be used to lift the motorcycle using a rear stand with hooks. For rear wheel removal, you can take the Cotton Reels out of the aluminum blocks and insert them into the paddock stand bobbin screw holes.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returned items must be:

- In original condition
- In the manufacturer’s original packaging
- Include all tags
Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.com or call 1-604-370-4899 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
