Puig Engine Protective Cover 21-25 Aprilia RS 660

Protect one of the most vulnerable parts of the motorcycle with the PUIG engine cover protector. Made of 4mm polypropylene, ultralight material, this accessory guarantees greater durability and resistance of the block to the possible impacts it may receive while riding.

In order to preserve the aesthetics of the motorcycle, the protective cover can be purchased in matt finish and attaches to the motorcycle by screwing it onto the motor housing itself.

The Puig Track protective covers are included in the FIM ELIGIBLE PARTS FOR COMPETITION LIST 2025, having surpassed the highest safety criteria required in the top competitions, where these items can make the difference between finishing a race or having to abandon due to the damages caused.

The covers incorporate indicators so that when motorcycles experience a fall and slide across the track, scraping the covers, the marshals can see at what moment their replacement is mandatory.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of your item. We have no hassle return policy but some non-defective items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

• Returned parts must be in brand new, unused, unopen and in original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all tags included.
• Returns will be accepted if problems from manufacturer exist under one condition. That the customer provides evidence with pictures that can prove that the fault was not of there own.
• There are absolutely no returns, no exchange on electrical, special/made to order items, windscreen, body work, carbon fiber parts, closeout items or used parts.
• No returns on any Ducabike, CNC Racing, or Ermax products
• You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with getting your order back to us.
• Once your return is received and inspected by Motostarz. We will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus the shipping fee) within 24-48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-8 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
