Cox Racing Radiator & Oil Cooler Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then we hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish! The Oil Cooler guard is cut to fit the chin fairing. The Chain Case Guard, fits under the counter shaft sprocket cover and fits between the front sprocket and the engine case.Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returned items must be:

- In original condition
- In the manufacturer’s original packaging
- Include all tags
Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.com or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
