This is a completely new exhaust designed from scratch and constructed using lightweight race-proven materials. A carbon-fibre muffler outer sleeve, heatshield, and clamp, a titanium end cap, stainless-steel header, resonator, and link pipe, and a black-coated aluminium muffler bracket create a weight saving of 39.6% (3.2 kg) over the stock exhaust. Alternate routing of the exhaust places it on the right side of the machine (the standard version goes under the bike), resulting in a more racing style, and the carbon-fibre heatshield provides protection from heat and an attractive final touch. It offers power and torque increases of 4.7 kW (6.4 hp) at 9,200 rpm and 4.7 Nm at 7,650 rpm, respectively, when tested on the Akrapovi? dyno and compared to a Suzuki GSX-8S equipped with the standard stock system.

The exhaust has a resonator in the link pipe, giving the rider a unique sound experience, with a racing and vivid tone, while not compromising performance. The plug-and-play installation means no remapping is needed.

This exhaust system is compatible with the original Suzuki soft side cases set.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of your item. We have no hassle return policy but some non-defective items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

• Returned parts must be in brand new, unused, unopen and in original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all tags included.
• Returns will be accepted if problems from manufacturer exist under one condition. That the customer provides evidence with pictures that can prove that the fault was not of there own.
• There are absolutely no returns, no exchange on electrical, special/made to order items, windscreen, body work, carbon fiber parts, closeout items or used parts.
• No returns on any Ducabike, CNC Racing, or Ermax products
• You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with getting your order back to us.
• Once your return is received and inspected by Motostarz. We will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus the shipping fee) within 24-48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-8 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
